Safety Rules & Requirements

1. Patrons must follow all written and verbal policy and instructions
2. DO NOT participate if you have health limitations or injuries, are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or are pregnant.
3. ALL participants must have a signed waiver on file and be wearing an admission wristband
4. All guests under age the age of 18 must have a Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
5. Supercharged Entertainment supplied socks are required.
6. NO belt buckles, clothing studs, jewelry, key chains, or sharp objects permitted. NO casts.
7. Noncompliance may result in loss of driving privileges and refunds are not offered!

Adult completing waiver for self:

Input all fields and then sign with your finger or click and drag with your mouse cursor. Signatures must be legible.

Adult completing waiver for a minor:

Adult (parent or legal guardian) must begin by following instructions above to create an account for themselves, then add a minor to their waiver. Be sure to hit “SAVE” and “SUBMIT” to complete.

A waiver is required to participate. Guests without a waiver may still visit our restaurant, bar, spectate, and play in the expansive gaming lounge.
