SAFETY RULES & REQUIREMENTS

1. DRIVER: Age 5+ & 42” or taller
2. DRIVER w/ Passenger: Age 18+ Passenger: Age 3 – 7
3. All Sales Final. Do not purchase if you do not meet these requirements
4. Must have purchased ticket to enter arena
5. Weigh Less than 350 Pounds
6. Be free from broken bones, back & neck problems, pregnancy, and other restrictive medical conditions
7. Enter the Bumper Car arena SLOWLY and CAREFULLY – Walk at all times
8. Secure all hair over shoulder length and any loose clothing
9. Fasten seat belts before the ride begins and keep it on until the ride is over
10. Keep feet and hands inside the car at all times
11. REMAIN SEATED at all times during ride: Car Lights on = Car is ON
12. If Car malfunctions: Stay Seated and raise hand
13. Wear Shirt and shoes while on this ride
14. Failure to follow rules will result in forfeit of ride – NO REFUNDS
15. ALL PERSONS USING THIS RIDE DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. THIS ACTIVITY INVOLVES RISK AND ALL PARTICIPANTS ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURIES INCURRED. SUPERCHARGED IS NOT RESPONSIBILBE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR BROKEN PERSONAL PROPERTY.

Adult completing waiver for a minor:

Adult (parent or legal guardian) must begin by following instructions above to create an account for themselves, then add a minor to their waiver. Be sure to hit “SAVE” and “SUBMIT” to complete.

A waiver is required to participate. Guests without a waiver may still visit our restaurant, bar, spectate, and play in the expansive gaming lounge.
